Subscription Policy - Charges and Billing

Kartinacanada bills you through an online account (your .Billing Account.) for use of the Service. You agree to pay Kartinacanada all charges including but not limited to a non refundable administrative fee at the prices then in effect for any use of the Service by you or other persons (including your agents) using your Billing Account, and you authorize Kartinacanada to charge, and you agree to pay using, your chosen payment method (your .Payment Method.) for your use of the Service. Accepted Payment Methods include Visa or MasterCard. You represent that you are authorized to use your Payment Method. Kartinacanada reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.

If you are participating in any trial period offer, you must terminate your trial subscription by the end of the applicable trial period to avoid incurring applicable charges. If you do not terminate your trial subscription by the end of the trial period, then you hereby authorize Kartinacanada to charge your Payment Method for your subscription to the Service. By participating in any trial period offer you hereby authorize Kartinacanada to charge your Payment Method a non refundable administrative fee at the price then in effect.

YOU MUST PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT. YOU MUST PROMPTLY UPDATE ALL INFORMATION TO KEEP YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE (SUCH AS A CHANGE IN BILLING ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, OR CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE), AND YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY KARTINACANADA IF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS CANCELED (FOR EXAMPLE, FOR LOSS OR THEFT) OR IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF A POTENTIAL BREACH OF SECURITY, SUCH AS THE UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OR USE OF YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD. CHANGES TO SUCH INFORMATION CAN BE EMAILED TO US. IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE KARTINACANADA ANY OF THE FOREGOING INFORMATION, YOU AGREE THAT KARTINACANADA MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR ANY USE OF THE SERVICE UNDER YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SERVICE (CONFIRMED IN WRITING UPON REQUEST).

The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method (the .Payment Method Provider.). If Kartinacanada does not receive payment from your Payment Method Provider, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand.

If the amount to be charged to your Billing Account varies from the amount you preauthorized, you have the right to receive, and Kartinacanada shall provide, notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge at least ten (10) days before the scheduled date of the transaction. Any agreement you have with your Payment Method Provider will govern your use of your Payment Method. You agree that Kartinacanada may accumulate charges incurred and submit them as one or more aggregate charges during or at the end of each billing cycle.

If your subscription is for a specified duration, your subscription will expire at the end of the subscription period. If, however, your subscription is on a periodic basis, with no specified duration, then unless the terms of that subscription state otherwise, your subscription will automatically and indefinitely renew for such period until you terminate your subscription.

Billing date for recurring subscription charge is the same date of the month you enter into service agreement and provide payment information. For example, if you start service on July 2nd, your next billing cycle will start on August 2nd and will be occurring on 2nd day of each following month.

KARTINACANADA MAY CONTINUE TO SUBMIT RECURRING OR PERIODIC CHARGES FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SERVICE WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE PRIOR NOTICE (CONFIRMED IN WRITING UPON REQUEST) THAT YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE Kartinacanada REASONABLY COULD ACT. TO TERMINATE YOUR AUTHORIZATION OR CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD, GO TO MY ACCOUNT (Moy Schet) SETTINGS PAGE OF Kartinacanada.com AND CLICK DEACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION LINK. IF YOU TERMINATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, SUCH TERMINATION WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

Your non-termination or continued use of the Service reaffirms that Kartinacanada is authorized to charge your Payment Method. Kartinacanada may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. This does not waive Kartinacanada's right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges may be payable in advance, in arrears, per usage, or as otherwise described when you initially subscribed to the Service.

Kartinacanada may, in its sole discretion, change the pricing of the Service subscription. If your subscription is for a specific duration and price, then that price will remain in effect for such duration, and any continued use of the Service thereafter will be at the new price. If your subscription is on a periodic basis, with no specified duration, then any change in pricing will be effective on the date indicated by Kartinacanada. If you do not agree to such change, then you must cancel your Membership subscription and stop using the Service prior to the effective date of such change. Your non-termination or continued use of the Service after the effective date of such change constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to such change.

All amounts you owe Kartinacanada must be paid in full on the date such payment is deemed due by Kartinacanada. You shall pay any late charges that Kartinacanada assesses on amounts due but not timely paid. The late charge will be the lesser of 1% per month (or 12% per annum) on the total amount due but not paid or the maximum rate that is permitted by law. Kartinacanada reserves the right to refer your Billing Account to a third party for collection in the event of default. You agree to pay all costs incurred in the enforcement of this Agreement and in collection of any delinquent amounts due, including reasonable attorneys. fees and costs.

If Kartinacanada does not receive payment for any charge to your Billing Account, you will be in default and Kartinacanada may suspend or cancel your subscription to the Service. If your Payment Method Provider seeks return of payments previously made to Kartinacanada, but Kartinacanada in good faith believes that you are liable for the charges, then, subject to applicable law, Kartinacanada may seek payment from you and you will also be in default.
